After further investigation, we found that some players abused the Bug on the claimable item from the redeem code. In order to maintain the balance of the game, we decided to ban those accounts who found in-violation of the privacy policies of RO Ascendance.
Due to the server down, we would like to compensate everyone the following:

- 50% Exp Increase until 24/02 0900hrs (+8 GMT)
