ROS Phoenix Cloak 3 is now available!

Proceed to ROS Valkyrie in Prontera to get the quest needed to upgrade your ROS Phoenix Cloak 2. This time; upgrading your cloak only needs  kill quest to be completed. ROS Valkyrie will require you to defeat 200 Nine Tail, 200 Headless Mule and 200 Heater. A second quest will require you to defeat 200 Banaspaty, 200 Pasana and 200 Kaho. The third quest will require you to defeat 200 Hellhound, 200 Ferus and 200 Nightmare Minorous. The final quest will require you to defeat 200 Salamander, 200 Kasa and 200 Imp.
