Transparency is very important for us and we want to provide a sitrep regarding the botting issue. We are currently and heavily engaged in rolling out bot bans. While we understand that this will not solve the botting problem by itself. It is but the first steps towards a more permanent solution. In addition we will also ban any additional accounts that are associated with the initial banned account. Be aware that Kafra Point, Zeny, items and equipment in the banned account will not transferred, refunded or compensated. 

Please be reminded that using these third-party programs to gain unfair advantage, or to automate any facet of the game will result in a permanent ban. Third-party programs include but not limited to macro, bot and any editor.

Beyond this; we are working on more methodologies, tactics and procedures to fight against botting problem. Rest assured that we are also working on being able to block bot clients from accessing the game. 

If you believe you have been wrongly banned, please contact our Customer Service team to submit an appeal. Submitting an appeal does not warranty an unban. Our decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
