Dear Adventurers,

We would like to inform you that if you have obtained a Sealed Card Album from the recent Cherry Blossom Egg, you are entitled to exchange it for a Sealed Card Album 2.

Please see below for more information.

1. UNUSED Sealed Card Album

As long as the item was obtained through Cherry Blossom Egg, and is currently sitting in your inventory, you are entitled to exchange it for Sealed Card Album 2.

2. USED Sealed Card Album

As long as the item was obtained through Cherry Blossom Egg, you will still be entitled for an exchange if the original card is still in your inventory. However, if the original card has been sold, traded, dropped and picked up by someone else, GGH has the right to reject the exchange.

3. How to Exchange

• Submit your case through https://ro.gnjoy.asia/contactus/
• Choose Category "In-game Issues"
• Fill up the description with detailed information 

Notes

• Exchange will only be proceeded through request submitted via the CS form (not through Discord/Facebook etc.)
• Only Sealed Card Album obtained from Cherry Blossom Egg can be exchanged
• Refrain from sending in duplicate request as it will delay the checking process
  
• Refrain from providing false information as it may lead to account suspension
