To beef up the security of your GNJOY account, we will be implementing an additional SMS OTP verification function.

For current registered accounts, users can register their mobile phone number by clicking on the edit profile button.

Once you have registered your mobile number, this will help to secure your account further. Any change request of your account details will require the SMS OTP pin for confirmation.

For New Account Registration, users will need to enter their mobile phone number to get the SMS OTP pin.

When you get the pin, enter the pin in the box and click on “Verify Now” for the system to authenticate the pin.

Once done, you can click on the check boxes to agree on the terms and condition and the verification captcha and finally click on the “Submit” button to complete the submission.

Please check your mail box as you will receive an email with a link to activate the account and complete the registration.

*Note: Each mobile phone number can only be used for 1 account registration.
