The teams participating in this tournament will compete online using a dedicated tournament server. To ensure fair match conditions, we have outlined a set of rules.
• Matches are in a 7v7 format.
• Tournament format is a Double Elimination Method.
• Every Team must put on an Emblem.
• If there are less than 5 members at the start of the match, the team will be disqualified.
• Each Team must follow the Match Facilitators commands at all times.
• Each Team must determine the 7 characters that will be used in the match from a total of
13 Accounts that can be used.
• Participants can change the character that will be used before the match starts as well as before the start of each round. Team Leaders should voice out to Match Facilitators if they intend to do so.
• Participants are to finish their preparations on time. Ready or not; the match will start.
• ROS2025 arena maps follow a similar map system to WoE.
• All matches will be best of 3 (BO3).
• The Grand Finals will use best of 5 (BO5).
• All participants must follow the instructions of the Match Facilitators.
• Participants may not leave the party until the match is over, except for when changing characters.
• During the match, participants are only allowed to use group/party chat.
• Characters that are knocked out will remain in the arena but their sprite will be changed to a tombstone.
• Teams that have disruptive participants, such as using Cloaking skills when entering the match map before the match starts or skills that interfere with other participants, abusing magic skills will be given a warning. If the participant has received 2 warnings, it will be considered knocked out.
• It is forbidden to say harsh words, insults, provocations, other emoticons aimed at other participants / referees or in public chats without any reason. The first violation is a Warning. The second violation is Block chat / Strict warning. The third violation is a Disqualification.
• If there is a draw, an additional round of 6 vs 6. will be held. All characters will compete except Arch Bishop job. If there is no Arch Bishop job, 1 character must be removed from the group/party. If the first extra round ends in a draw, a second additional round will be held with a Sudden Death system, As soon as the first extra round ends in a draw, they will proceed with an additional Sudden Death round. Teams will be competing to knock out any 1 opposing player first. The Sudden Death system will apply in the third additional round and so on until a winner is found.
• Weapons and Armor can only be upgraded to a safe limit. (Armor can only be upgraded to +4. Lv.1
weapons can be upgraded to +7, Lv. 2 Weapons can only be upgraded to +6, Lv. 3 Weapons can only be
upgraded to +5 , and Lv. 4 Weapons can only be upgraded to +4).
• Do not make transactions (transactions, drop, vending) with other Team participants or with fellow
members. If there is a participant who violates then both participants will be disqualified.
• After the match is over, transaction records will be checked.
• tems can be purchased at will with the time limit and zeny provided.
• In this tournament there are some skills that cannot be used. During the match, namely: Priest: Warp Portal and Teleport.
• It is forbidden to use Chemical Protection Skills, Item Slings for Potions if the Team does not use Job Genetics during the match.
• Participants who are disconnected when the match has started (When the broadcast countdown starts the match will start) will be considered knocked out and cannot return to the match arena.
• Participants who are disconnected but the match have not started will be waited for 5 minutes according to the referee's time. If the same character got disconnected again, then the character is considered knocked out.
Players must use designated tournament accounts, set up their characters, and familiarize themselves with special game mechanics to compete in the tournament.
• Log in to the ROS2025 Server with the ID that has been provided.
• Players have to set their stats, skills and equipment.
• When in towns; all players will sport a Poring sprite.
• Equipment NPC are now streamlined and are in the center-right of Izlude.
• The book NPC in the middle allows players to practice match flow by first forming up their parties with a minimum of 5. Party Leaders shall queue up using the NPC. Once all requirements are satisfied players will then be teleported on their respective sides of the map and match immediately begins.
• Match Facilitators at their own discretion will ask players to congregate together for ease of verification.
• Players do not need to go to the gate NPCs on the sides of Izlude.
• Players will instead be teleported straight to the START Area once all players are ready.
• There will be a 30 second countdown and then the match immediately starts.
• There is no more WAITING area.
• When a player gets knocked down during the match. Player will remain in place. A tombstone sprite will be shown.
• When the round ends. All players will be brought back to Izlude.
Ragnarok STARS 2025 is a prestigious tournament that unites six Ragnarok Online publishers, each respresented by teams from their respective servers. These teams will compete for the ultimate title: ROS 2025 Champion.
This qualifier determines eligibility to participate in Ragnarok STARS 2025 in Thailand.
• Accounts & Characters which be used for the match will be provided.
• ROS2025 will have its own game client.
• Each of the participating teams will be given one set of accounts which contains 13 accounts each representing a 3rd job class.
• Each account will have 6 characters of that particular class labeled 01 to 05 and FINAL.
• 01 will be used on the Preliminaries stages. 02 will be used on the Secondaries. 03 will be used on the Semi Finals. And FINAL will be used for the Grand Finals.
• Characters 01 to 05 will have 20m Zeny. FINAL character will have 25m.
• Characters are Lv. 170/60.
• Account Information will be sent through email which has been listed in the Registration Form.
• Teams who have received their Accounts will be able to access the server during the designated practice period.
• Team Leaders are responsible for distributing the Accounts to each Team Member.
• After the designated practice period; a new set of accounts will be provided for the actual tournament.
• Accounts will then be locked and will be only accessible 1 hour before a Teams match start.
• Gravity Game Hub reserves the right to make changes to the tournament information, Terms and Conditions, to disqualify a team or amend results.
• Gravity Game Hub’s decision is absolute and cannot be contested.
