We encourage all players to play fair and competitively. Players who decide to cross the line will be dealt with accordingly. If you come across a player who has violated this policy please report them here. 

(1) Using Macro

• 1st offense -  7 days account suspension
• 2nd offense - 14 days account suspension
• 3rd offense - 30 days account suspension
• 4th offense - Permanent ban

(2) Real Money Trading

• 1st offense - Written Warning via CS ticket email
• 2nd offense - 3 days account suspension
• 3rd offense - 7 days account suspension
• 4th offense - Permanent account ban

(3) Bots / Illegal Third Party Program / Cheat Tools (e.g NDL, Sickpots)

• Permanent ban

(4) Exploitation

Any form of exploitation can lead to a permanent account ban. If you know, or come across any exploit, please refrain from trying and report it here.

(5) Inappropriate Name

Names that violate GGH's standard will be changed without notice (GGH discretion). If necessary, your new given name will be changed according to GGH's decision. 

• 1st offense - Random name will be given by GGH.  
• 2nd offense - 7 days account suspension.
• 3rd offense - Permanent account ban

(6) Impersonation & Suspicious Trading

User that attempts to impersonate another individual by any means, or request to trade/exchange items for nothing in return can lead to a permanent account ban.
